The Kids Director will serve the Hutchinson campus by leading all aspects of CrossPoint Kids ministry, with a focus on partnering with parents to disciple their children, casting vision, building, and equipping volunteer teams creating excellent weekend environments and engaging programming, helping children come to know and follow Jesus in a way that connects to their everyday lives. This role requires someone who loves children, thrives in team ministry, and is energized by leading others, developing leaders, and innovating in a growing, fast-paced church.

The Location Pastor (LP) serves as the primary leader for their CrossPoint location. While our Lead Teaching and Vision Pastor serves as the principle vision caster for our church, the Location Pastor carries our DNA into the culture in which the specific location resides. The LP role serves as a shepherd, as a developer, as a discipler, and as a leader in contextual ministry to the communities they serve.
