Hello my friend, my name is Andy Addis and I am the Lead Teaching and Vision Pastor for CrossPoint Church. While that means I am the primary teacher from the stage, every location has its own Location Pastor who will also communicate and lead locally. Depending on your location you'll see a different face from that place who would love to meet and greet you, and they are totally committed to the people and the work in that location.

We may have an unusual structure as a network family, but you'll find that every location is what you are expecting...a church.

I am excited you are checking out our front door here on the internet and I pray you are considering paying a visit to one of our locations! We do the best job we can every week to prepare for a weekend experience that will not only be engaging, but life-changing.

You may think of a million reasons why you could put off a visit, but let me urge you, no plead with you; we really want to meet you and look forward to what God may have in store for your life (and through you, ours as well)!

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope. Romans 15:13

We are ordinary people being changed by Jesus to do extraordinary things.

To effectively engage today's culture with the Gospel requires the formation of Gospel focused worship, biblical community, and missional activity that can serve as a visible representation of God's love and God's work of saving people and transforming lives through Jesus.

Our mission is at the heart of what we are called and commissioned to do. We are committed to leveraging everything we have and all that we are for this purpose.

OUR VISION IS TO SEE 10% OF EACH COMMUNITY TRANSFORMED BY THE GOSPEL THROUGH A LOCAL CHURCH

Habakuk 2:14 says, “For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea.” By God’s grace, our network of churches gets to be a small part of making this happen. This is more than a church growth goal. We seek to give glory to God by planting churches and reaching communities that need the transforming hope of Jesus.

Transformation is a process of Christ redeeming and restoring us back to himself and a means to worship the God who put it all in motion. Salvation is the Lord's, but sharing the gospel is our responsibility!

from God’s word

God’s Word is our authority. There are many voices in this world, but we lean on the truth of Scripture to inform what we do and how we do it.

We make rurality
a bottom-line issue

Planting and replanting churches in small and forgotten places is our heartbeat. We are called to take the gospel to rural communities.

We value character
over competency

Since God uses the humble and broken to do His work, we care more about who people are than what they can do.

We freely honor everyone

Romans 12:10 says that we must love one another and outdo each other in showing honor. Trust is earned, but honor is given with no strings attached.

We are family

Through the blood of Jesus, we have been adopted into the family of God. We share our joys and our burdens, our rejoicing and our weeping. We aren’t perfect, but our Father is, and we love each other as He loves us.

We only do what produces kingdom results

There will always be more opportunity than there are resources. There will always be good things that keep us from God things. Because of this, we fiercely protect against distractions to focus on what is most important.
