4Gs - The Structure & DNA of Crosspoint Church

Membership means active participation; it means "jumping into" the ministry of Crosspoint Church. It's not a bunch of names on a list so people can say I'm a member at Crosspoint Church. It's a collection of people tirelessly laboring to create an experience where people can meet Jesus Christ. We have a wonderful membership process, but we don't push it or require it. We do however push and require active involvement for those who want to call Crosspoint home. We've made active involvement very easy, centered on things which are objective and measurable; it's what we call the 4G's:

Growth

Crosspoint Church exists "so that people far from God can become followers of Jesus Christ." When someone wants to become a part of the church it means that they will tirelessly invite those who are far from God to our worship experience. It means that they will seek out and develop relationships with people who need a relationship with Jesus Christ. Crosspoint Church will partner with you by creating engaging worship experiences where the gospel message is preached.

Groups

We do two things at Crosspoint Church; worship experiences and small groups. We believe that God has created us to "experience life together." If you want to be a part of Crosspoint Church, you will be a part of a small group of 10-12 people who meet regularly for Accountability, Belonging, and Care.

Giving

Jesus said: "Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." (Matthew 6:21) We ask those who call Crosspoint Church their home to invest at least 10% of their income into God's work at Crosspont; not because God or Crosspoint need your money, but because through your obedience God will be able to bring peace, abundance and purpose to your financial situation.

Gifts

Every person is given gifts to be used for God's glory and we will provide an opportunity for those gifts to be developed through volunteering at Crosspoint. Every volunteer role is vital to create a distraction-free experience where people are able to hear from Jesus Christ. The sermon starts in the parking lot as most people will determine if they come back within the first 8 minutes of their visit. The roles of teaching children about Jesus Christ, setting up speakers early in the morning and parking cars are just as important as the role of the pastor. Without the selfless servants of Crosspoint Church, what we do would not be possible.
